Van Diest Bros., Inc. began in 1932 when Tony Van Diest and his family settled in Paramount, California during the Great Depression. After gaining trade skills through New Deal programs, Tony Van Diest launched a contracting business that quickly grew into a trusted name in underground utilities. By 1955, the company was formally incorporated, and leadership has since passed through generations, preserving a strong family legacy of quality and reliability across Southern California.

Today, Van Diest Bros. specializes in wet utilities, with a focus on storm drain treatment and retention systems, fire and domestic water services, and sewer construction. In addition to new construction, we provide repair services, system improvements, design-build estimating, and value engineering, giving clients a complete resource from project design to completion.
