Van Diest Bros., Inc. delivered a complete wet-utilities package for a new Topgolf location in Montebello in 2024.

The facility marks the 100th location opened by the Dallas-based company, Topgolf International, Inc.

Located at the northwest corner of the Montebello Golf Course next to the 60 freeway, this technology-driven, entertainment-style driving range includes 102 climate-controlled hitting bays, complete with ball-tracking tech, a full-service restaurant and bar, and event spaces.

Van Diest Bros., Inc.'s work included a 96-inch storm drain detention system installed nearly 30 feet deep, two major storm-water pump stations, HDPE storm drain networks, modular wetland vaults, and new domestic water, fire water, and sewer services.

Using its Trimble GNSS system, Van Diest Bros., Inc. was able to complete layout and installation quickly and accurately across a complex and dynamic site. This technology was particularly helpful with the installation of our storm drain detention system, ensuring it was placed at the precise location and depth.

Our planning, experience, responsiveness, and ability to solve problems quickly and creatively made us a key asset to the McCarthy team on this fast-track project.
